Well, what can I say about this group of girls...they were fun, honest, caring and truly do shine from within. With every single course that we run, I feel so blessed to have such gorgeous girls there, even if they're not too sure about the whole thing when they rock...read more

Kaye Vlachos is a sporty soul sister & zen mumma inspiring & nurturing women to embrace their gorgeous life with her heart-centred guidance. She also works with elite athletes for a variety of outcomes, from improving their confidence to incorporating healthier eating habits into their busy lives. Her 15yr sports career, in which she represented NSW and Australia in football (soccer if you ask me!), and her education in human movement, health coaching, personal training and light working give Kaye a unique perspective, deep understanding and incredibly supportive approach. I love seeing Kaye with our students when she comes in to talk about mindset and reaching your dreams – she’s so gentle and loving and I’m excited to introduce you to her today!read more

I got to interview my beautiful friend Melissa Ambrosini about her new book, Mastering Your Mean Girl. Mel shares her incredible story of living what looked like a dream life on the outside (think roles on Home & Away, dancing in the Moulin Rouge in Paris) while ‘dying on the inside’ until a series of health scares forced her wake up. And thank goodness for that…she’s now helping women all over the world build up their self-love muscle!
Watch the video to learn how to master your own mean girl, including her 3 simple steps for choosing love over fear. I highly recommend that all girls watch this and get this book!
Meet Jessica Cove. She’s a former dancer who found the courage to see a serious injury, which ended her incredibly successful performance career, as an opportunity to become a wellness coach who works with young dancers. I know many of our students are dancers so I really wanted to learn more from Jessica about health and wellness from her perspective and hear her advice for young aspiring dancers. I’m sure you’ll love her just as much as we do! Read our interview below and share your thoughts in the comments below…read more
The world is changing. Fast. It seems that each week there is a new platform for people to engage and communicate with one another and it’s becoming more difficult to keep track of them all. I think most parents would agree that the impact of Facebook on their children’s lives was daunting enough but now with Instagram, SnapChat, Ask.FM and more, I bet most parents wish we could all go back to a time when it was just Facebook!
In our work with teen girls, I see firsthand the troubles that some girls go through with social media. From bullying to an unhealthy obsession over how many ‘friends,’ ‘likes’ or ‘followers’ they have.read more
