With over 16 years of experience as a primary school teacher, I’ve dedicated my career to creating safe, inclusive classrooms where every student feels valued, respected, and inspired to be themselves. I’m also a certified youth mentor with Shine From Within and a certified First Moon Circle Facilitator.

I’ve founded Girls ROCK, a heart-led initiative designed to help girls build lifelong skills like Resilience, Open-mindedness, Confidence and Kindness.  As my community grows, I want to create ‘brave spaces’ where girls can explore who they are, celebrate their uniqueness, and develop the courage to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-awareness.

Reflecting on my own teenage years, I often wished I had a space where I could just be myself—somewhere to connect, learn, grow, and feel understood. Now, I’m here to offer that space to others. My mission is simple: to uplift, support, and empower young people to thrive, inside and out.
