Katie Meyer is a nature-based educator, teen mentor, and co-founder of Wild Rising, with over two decades of experience helping young people reconnect with the outdoors — and with themselves. She has led outdoor adventures, supported teens on conservation projects, and delivered nature-based programs in schools and communities, always with the goal of fostering empowerment, confidence, and a deep sense of belonging.
Inspired by her own daughters, Katie is passionate about creating spaces where girls feel seen, valued, and free to be their authentic selves. She believes in the quiet power of nature — not just for adventure, but for everyday moments of clarity, joy, and wellbeing.
