An empowering community of girls all striving and supporting each other to be the best version of themselves. We focus on Strength, Self Belief & the Sisterhood with classes delivered through Movement, Mindset and Meditation… teaching the girls both physical and emotional fitness.
What I know from training 100’s of girls, both in school and out of school, is that girls are struggling with Body Image, Anxiety, School Pressure, Friendship Issues, Relationship with Food, Overthinking to name a few. The girls tell me that they want to wake up healthy and happy everyday and they love being in a community of like minded girls. GIRL SQUAD is very close to my heart, I treat these girls as if they were my own, I go above and beyond in my programs to ensure that the girls have an amazing experience that they will cherish for life.
