A powerful program for Teen girls to help them shift from Worrier to WARRIOR mindset!
Suitable for girls aged 12+ (Year 6 & High School)
Helping your teenage daughter manage her big emotions, worrying thoughts & confusing feelings… Transforming her from worrier to WARRIOR!

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of those questions, you’re not alone. It’s estimated in Australia 1 in 7 school age children suffer from a mental health condition.
Our new program W2W is part of our Resilience series of workshops & has been designed to teach our daughters how to understand themselves, their emotions & how to deal with day to day worries and anxiety. Through the 6 weeks we will explore ways to calm our bodies, learn how our brains work & become a WARRIOR of our mind!
All of our workshops are limited to 8 girls so I provide an intimate and nourishing environment where your daughters can thrive and have one on one attention.
1st Session –
Learning about how our brain works, where anxiety comes from and how to manage it.
WHAT IS WORRY?
Learn about worry, why we get anxious thoughts and how it makes us feel.
HOW WORRY FEELS
Understanding how worry feels in our body & how to calm our bodies.
What are different types of emotions, how do they make you feel and why.
Understanding thought holes, and why they lead us down the wrong path.
A practical session on Mindfulness & calming strategies to help ease anxiety.
