Mentor Webinar Replay

We held a special online class for anyone who pre-ordered the book and registered as a mentor.  In it we touched on:

• Some basics of holding a safe and nurturing space for teens
• How to start sessions and share vulnerably with teens
• Some very detailed examples of how to use specific chapters and topics to run sessions with you students, taken directly from our new school-based curriculum. Including, self-esteem and resilience, tuning into our cycles and more.?
