Mother-Daughter Retreat Booking Form

We’re so excited to have you joining us for the Mother-Daughter Retreat!

Please fill in the below booking form and click on ‘Pay Now’ to pay your deposit of $500.  

Once we’ve received your booking form and payment, we’ll send you through a confirmation email with all the details.  We require a minimum number of bookings for the retreat to go ahead so we ask that you wait until mid-March before booking additional travel arrangements.  We’ll be in touch as soon as we can confirm whether it’s going ahead.  At that time you will be invoiced for the remaining balance or, if it’s not going ahead, will be provided with a full refund.  If you have any troubles with the booking process, please don’t hesitate to email info@shinefromwithin.com.au or phone 0430 035 740.
