In this episode I chat with school teacher and anxiety coach, Diana Braybrooke. She shares a bunch of really simple strategies we can share with young people to help them feel calm when they are overwhelmed or having an anxious moment. Plus she makes sure they aren’t too obvious so teens will actually try them!

Fantastic talk Diana, with really useful insights and even more useful techniques. We can all use those so simply. I really loved Amy Cuddy’s TedTalk message, which is so relevant especially to teens in their everyday life as well as in their future. I’m going to remember her message – don’t fake it til you make it – fake it til you become it. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Hi Charlotte, Sorry for the late reply. I am glad you liked it. Anxiety wellness, although complex, can be managed with some simple techniques. The more subtle they are the better for teens too 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to write. I appreciate it 🙂
