Only a year ago this business was just a dream. I wanted to help young women value themselves, take care of themselves and truly shine from within. I wanted to give them the tools and confidence to stand up tall, present themselves well, blitz through job interviews, chase their dreams and let go of comparisons. I wanted to help them realise the importance of nourishing and moving their bodies, as well as being gentle and kind to themselves and the world around them. Thank you for helping me realise this dream.
